Customer Service Representative Specialist

The CSR Specialist is responsible for handling non-routine customer calls, developing and broadening relationships with customers, and ensuring customer expectations are met. The role involves extensive knowledge of the company's products and services, and functions as the inside half of the sales team to ensure transactions are error-free.
