HR Advisor

The company is looking for a HR Advisor to join its team based in Rotherham at its new National Distribution Centre. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing HR support across a region and managing and resolving employee relations cases in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with a focus on employee relations
• CIPD level 5
• Proven experience in handling high volume of employee relations cases with successful outcomes
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
• Experience in delivering large scale change management projects
