The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic NAPA partners. This role involves regularly connecting with key decision-makers within assigned accounts to educate them about new products, strategic initiatives, and promotions.
Requirements
- Average monthly a minimum of 30 outbound & inbound calls daily to assigned accounts across multiple locations to engage clients and uncover sales opportunities.
- Professionally manage inbound customer calls to address needs and support sales goals.
- Utilize the telephone system/Five9 to efficiently handle daily outbound and inbound calls.
- Document all account interactions and updates thoroughly in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve account issues and support client satisfaction.
- Conduct meaningful sales and relationship-building conversations with assigned accounts.
- Analyze sales data to identify gaps and potential growth areas with assigned accounts, promoting products and services to close those gaps.
- Actively participate in team scripting and role-play exercises to enhance sales skills.
