Job Description
The IT Support II position provides field staff with necessary tools to drive operations while protecting the integrity and security of Motion's IT infrastructure and environment. The role involves providing first-level IT support, second-level troubleshooting, and resolution of complex IT issues.
Requirements
- Develops knowledge of technical support solutions
- Attends IT support calls and tickets
- Ensures the correct resolution of installations, software, hardware, operating systems, and configuration issues
- Provides second-level escalation support for complex and multi-layered issues
- Investigates, documents, and resolves advanced issues
- Participates in special IT projects
- Investigates, documents, and supports onboarding processes, asset management, and NOC (Network Operations Center)
