Store Counter Sales

We are looking for a NAPA Counter Sales associate to provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers, and to provide outstanding customer care and interactions. The ideal candidate will have a background and knowledge of automotive parts, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or a willingness to learn all things auto parts
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Love fast paced retail environments
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers
