Store Counter Sales

We are looking for a Counter Sales associate to join our NAPA family. As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the 'face of the retail store' and the go-to person for all automotive needs. You will provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers, use your parts knowledge to assist other team members, and provide outstanding customer care.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers
