Job Description
NAPA is looking for a Counter Sales associate to join their retail team. The ideal candidate will have a background and knowledge of automotive parts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers. As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the face of the retail store, providing auto parts answers and solutions to customers in person and over the phone.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts
- High School Diploma or GED, Technical or Trade school courses or degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Love fast-paced retail environments
- Great listening skills and empathy for customers
