Job Description
We are looking for a Store Counter Sales associate to join our NAPA family. The associate will provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers, use technology, and provide excellent customer care. The ideal candidate has a background and knowledge of automotive parts, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Love fast paced retail environments
- Great listening skills and empathy for customers
