The Vice President, Total Rewards - Americas is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of the company’s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits and recognition. This role will ensure that the organization’s total rewards strategies are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and aligned with the company’s business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in executive compensation, salary structure development, and benefits program management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, ACA, ERISA, etc.).
- Certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP, CEBS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience, with strong team management and development skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Advanced critical thinking and problems-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
