HR and GA, HRBP

Getinge is seeking an HR and GA Manager to lead all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, training and development, payroll, compensation, and performance evaluation. The role also supports the Senior Director of HR / General Affairs and may be involved in general affairs duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including team management experience
• Broad knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, labor law compliance, and employee relations
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to work hands-on when needed
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Business-level Japanese required; English proficiency (reading and writing) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems
