We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, B2B with strong executive presence and enterprise experience to join our team at GetWhy. As a trusted partner to leaders at some of the world's largest brands, you'll drive adoption, impact, and long-term customer success. You'll work closely with our Lead Strategist and senior leaders across Product, Research, and GTM to create a world-class customer experience. The role requires a minimum of 5-6+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or related experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, consulting or within the Insights Space.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-6+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or related experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, consulting or within the Insights Space.
- Proven track record of driving customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
- Exceptional change management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to Insights and/or Global B2B Enterprise Level industries is a plus; curiosity and the ability to learn complex environments quickly is essential.
- High EQ and commercial instinct, meaning you know when to listen, when to advise, and when to act.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Proficient in Danish & English, and living in or in proximity of Copenhagen.
