As an HR Business Partner at InfraBuild, you will play a key role in delivering the HR Business Plan while supporting the InfraBuild Manufacturing business. This role requires proactive, hands-on HR generalist advice to leaders, with a strong focus on employee and industrial relations support.
Requirements
- Partner with leaders and employees to deliver practical, operational HR advice
- Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning activities
- Coordinate and support the resolution of workplace relations and performance management matters
- Build and maintain effective relationships with unions
- Support learning and development initiatives and broader people capability needs across the business
- Contribute to HR projects and business initiatives
