Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational or large matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of global compensation practices and benefits design
- Experience managing compensation cycles across multiple countries
- Familiarity with HRIS and compensation tools (e.g, SuccessFactors, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson surveys)
- Fluent English speaker
