The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and paralegals within Brookfield Properties' Legal department. This role is responsible for assisting with document preparation, scheduling, file management, and other essential administrative functions to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality legal services.
Prepare and revise leases, lease-related documents, and other documents at the direction of attorneys and paralegals. Facilitate correspondence relating to leases, amendments, and other legal documents both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
