
Job description
The Administrative Assistant will provide functional and operational support to the General Counsel and other attorneys and staff in the Office of General Counsel. This is a hybrid position that requires a professional demeanor, sense of urgency, results-focus, technology competence, and the ability to keep sensitive business information strictly confidential.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative support and a variety of functional projects and tasks to support the work of the legal team. This includes provision of administrative support, drafting and revising legal documents and correspondence, creating and editing documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations, and maintaining an on-going work plan.
The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational skills. They will also have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft products, ability to exercise sound judgment and determine priorities, and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
