Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our integrated team and lead the delivery of mechanical engineering design and project execution across buildings, infrastructure, industrial facilities, and complex mechanical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Over 8–10 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience in building services, industrial systems, or infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in HVAC system design, mechanical plant, piping systems, mechanical equipment selection, and system integration.
• Proficiency in design and modelling software (AutoCAD, Revit, mechanical calculation tools).
• Strong understanding of local and international mechanical codes and standards.
• Experience leading design packages and delivering engineering outputs with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical reviews, validate engineering solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience preparing specifications, feasibility studies, and technical reports.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand project financial and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) design.
