Manager , Software Engineering -India

We are looking for a technical heavyweight to lead the development of a high-availability trading platform, known as the 'Shadow Grid', which will ensure hospitals receive the necessary supplies even when primary systems fail.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 10-15 years of experience building high availability applications using Microsoft stack
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Proficiency in Clean Architecture, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture
• Expertise in Microservices architecture and service decomposition strategies
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems like Kafka or Azure Service Bus
• Deep understanding of Design Principles, SOLID, design patterns, asynchronous programming, Dependency Injection, and middleware development
• Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Implementing responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, Angular
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions. Knowledge of Containerization and orchestration tools
• Implement testing strategies using unit, integration and API testing
