Manager, Commercial Operations

We are seeking a Manager, Commercial Operations to lead execution across scheduling, logistics, and commercial integration. The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience in crude oil logistics, marketing, refining, or midstream operations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in crude oil logistics, marketing, refining, or midstream operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Deep understanding of the global crude oil value chain and export logistics
• Expertise in pipeline scheduling, marine operations, and terminal operations
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability
