Job Description
Girl Scouts Nation's Capital is seeking a Membership Retention Specialist to strengthen and support the vibrant network of volunteers and members who make Girl Scouting possible. In this role, you’ll help ensure that every Girl Scout—youth and adult alike—has a positive, lasting experience.
Requirements
- Develop and implement annual retention strategies to meet membership goals for youth and adults in the assigned area.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with volunteers through regular communication, coaching, and encouragement.
- Assist new troops with onboarding and provide ongoing guidance throughout their first year to ensure a positive volunteer experience.
