We are seeking a Membership Retention Specialist to strengthen and support the vibrant network of volunteers and members who make Girl Scouting possible. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and natural relationship-builder who thrives on helping others succeed.
Requirements
- Develop and implement annual retention strategies to meet membership goals for youth and adults in the assigned area.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with volunteers through regular communication, coaching, and encouragement.
- Assist new troops with onboarding and provide ongoing guidance throughout their first year to ensure a positive volunteer experience.
- Represent the council at local volunteer meetings, sharing important updates, initiatives, and seasonal reminders.
- Use Salesforce to manage communications, track outreach efforts, and monitor progress toward key performance indicators.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and volunteers, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
