Wellness Supervisor

The Wellness Supervisor is responsible for providing daily, on-call, and weekly wellness services for campers and supporting the camp team. This role requires a flexible and adaptable individual with experience in mental health care, crisis management, and trauma-informed care. The position involves providing whole body health services, participating in program development, and supporting the camp's strategic planning.

Requirements

• Higher education at college/university or equivalent professional experience
• Current or willingness to obtain certifications: First Aid/CPR, Child Abuse Mandated Reporter, Universal Standard Precautions
• Experience working in mental health care, social work, or related fields
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and extended overnight periods
• Willingness to live on-site in shared housing and provide on-call services
