Job Description
GKN Aerospace is seeking an IT Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and business systems for a complex aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing or aerospace/defense
- Proven experience managing ERP and integrated business systems in a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CMMC), and compliance requirements (DFARS, ITAR)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
