Job Description
We’re looking for a Labor & Employment Attorney to join our client's in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will provide practical, solution-oriented counsel on labor and employment matters, review and negotiate employment-related agreements, and have a strong background in drafting and negotiating employment and separation agreements.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership (in good standing)
- 6+ years of experience in labor & employment law, including in-house or law firm experience
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating employment and separation agreements
- Excellent judgment, communication skills, and a business-minded approach
- Ability to work independently and remotely
