Job Description
Litigation Associate – Employment, Labor & Workforce Management. Seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with a strong background in labor and employment law to join their New York team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of labor & employment litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.)
- Experience handling all phases of litigation (discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, mediations)
- Admission to practice law in New York and excellent written/oral communication skills
