Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Management Leader to define and execute the product vision for GLG’s expert community.
Requirements
- Define a bold, user-centered product strategy for GLG’s expert digital ecosystem
- Translate company and community goals into clear product roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Lead a team of product managers to deliver intuitive, elegant, and high-performance digital experiences
- Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to build and launch mobile and web applications
- Drive a metrics-driven culture focused on user engagement, NPS, activation rates, and expert lifetime value
- Identify opportunities to expand the expert experience beyond transactional engagement
- Leverage user data, behavioral analytics, and generative AI capabilities to personalize expert journeys and content delivery
