Job Description
Join GLS as Corporate Counsel and gain hands-on experience as in-house counsel. Provide guidance on legal matters and advise on consumer financial regulatory compliance. Develop solutions to complex legal questions and drive value within the organization.
Requirements
- Act as legal resource and counsel on consumer financial regulatory matters
- Document legal standards for use by business units and Compliance department
- Assist in legal review of contracts with third party vendors
- Provide legal support to Compliance-related initiatives
- Maintain electronic records and files
- Foster collaborative culture and achieve business plan objectives
- Perform additional assignments and special projects as required
