Guest Service Supervisor

Our Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing and monitoring work processes, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. They will also be responsible for adhering to safety, security, and store operations policies, and ensuring all store housekeeping functions are completed.

Requirements

• Supervise employees and ensure they are performing job duties implemented by management
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to help them perform certain tasks
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
• Adhere to safety, security, and store operations policies
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed
• Execute guest service programs and processes
• Manage cash processes, including deposit preparation and lottery
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests
• Check in external and internal vendors
