Corporate Counsel

Global Relay is a career-building company that offers a hybrid role for a Corporate Counsel. The role involves supporting complex commercial, regulatory, and operational matters across the business, advising on emerging issues at the intersection of technology and law, and contributing to key business initiatives.

Requirements

• Commercial Transactions: Review, negotiate, and draft customer and vendor agreements, policies, partner agreements, and conduct business/legal negotiations
• Strategic Advisory: Advise internal teams on a broad spectrum of legal and business issues
• Revenue & Retention: Provide legal support related to customer retention, renewals, and other related legal/accounting issues
• Go-to-Market & Innovation: Provide business support in the development of Global Relay's sales, marketing and business development strategies
• Operational Support: Provide operational support with Global Relay's internal policies, communications, training, and education on Global Relay services and general governance
• Compliance & Risk: Provide support relating to compliance & eDiscovery as well as the investigation of potential security and privacy incidents
