Job Description
GlobalFoundries is seeking a Process Engineer to sustain and improve process / SPC to meet quality, cost, productivity requirements. The role involves analyzing SPC charts, reviewing ESPC charts, and creating SPC charts using various software tools. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Chemical Engineering / Microelectronics Engineering and 1-3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Chemical Engineering /Microelectronics Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
