Job Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Process Engineer to sustain and improve process / SPC to meet quality, cost, productivity requirements. The successful candidate will analyze SPC charts, review ESPC charts, and create SPC charts using various software tools. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering and 1-3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
- Perform Normal / Swing Shift (or 12-hour rotating shift if required)
- Analytical with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent team player
