Job Description
The Worldwide Channel Partner Leader will be responsible for developing and executing GF’s global channel partner strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market coverage, and strengthen relationships with key distribution and reseller partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in channel partner management, business development, or sales leadership within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industry.
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth through partner networks.
- Experience managing global teams and working in a matrixed environment.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong executive presence and experience influencing at the XT level.
- Demonstrated ability to drive global alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience developing and executing scalable channel strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
- Travel - Up to 30%
- Fluency in English – written & verbal.
