Job Description
G-P is seeking an HR Specialist to join their remote-first team in Southern Europe. The successful candidate will work with clients to advise on complex HR matters and provide in-country expertise. This is a 1-year fixed term contract.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Fluent Greek and English speaker
- Deep expertise of labour laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations across Southern Europe
- Experience supporting complex employee relations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack
