We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Demand Generation to own global always-on acquisition strategy and funnel performance across paid channels.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing
- Strong experience in managing global and localized PPC campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and campaign optimization
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, email, content, etc.) to drive demand and align with broader business objectives
- Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce to manage lead flow, segmentation, and reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions that improve outcomes
- Proactive in identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing solutions to improve lead flow, routing, and data quality
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative attitude, working effectively with a cross-functional team
