Job Description
Join Gloo, a mission-driven organization, as a Technical Delivery Lead to shape technology as a force for good. This role requires strong engineering judgment, calm leadership under pressure, and the ability to work across clients and teams. As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will ensure that all client-facing services meet defined standards of technical excellence prior to release.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or production system ownership
- Proven experience owning and approving production releases
- Strong understanding of CI/CD systems, automated testing, and deployment governance
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with modern full-stack architectures
- Prior client-facing technical experience
- Demonstrated history of improving quality systems at a structural level
