Technical Delivery Lead

Groundswell is a premier technology integrator and solution provider seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of product implementations and technical solutions. The individual will lead cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface between the customer and the delivery team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software delivery, technical project management, or engineering leadership
• Strong technical background (software engineering, systems architecture, or similar)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Customer-facing experience with enterprise clients
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with public sector software implementations
• Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essential
• Ability to obtain and maintain government Secret security clearance as required by contract
• Must be a US Citizen per contract requirements
• Must be local to the Washington, DC metro area
