Customer Service Lead

GO Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure policies and procedures are followed. The role is designed to prepare the candidate for a Team Leader position.

Requirements

• Opening and closing the car wash according to standard operating procedures
• Leading by example and utilizing sales scripts to drive membership sales
• Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the site to deliver a superior customer experience
• Addressing customer issues and escalating to leadership if needed
• Assisting with team coaching and ensuring all teammates adhere to safety standards and sales scripts
