Job Description
As a Customer Service Lead at GO Car Wash, you'll be stepping into a leadership role, serving as the manager on duty when our Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring all GO Car Wash policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for long periods
