Job Description
Goalbook's mission is to empower teachers to transform instruction so that all students succeed. We partner with over 1,100 districts across 47 states, working closely with district and school leaders to improve instructional practice.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HRBP roles
- Experience directly supporting managers on performance and employee relations
- Experience running or supporting core people processes (performance cycles, engagement surveys, or leave/LOA coordination)
