The Program Manager coordinates project tasks at the program level to support FacilityForce implementations of Facility Resource Planning (FRP) software products primarily for the government sector. The role involves forecasting, sales & revenue, resource allocation, and escalation resolution, as well as serving as a leader and mentor to the Professional Services Team.
Requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Communicate and coordinate with coworkers and customers
- Responsible for managing Professional Services and Custom Development JIRA boards
- Plan and coordinate deliverables for multi-phase, long-term projects
- Identify project resource needs in the short and medium term
- Strive to achieve a team billable utilization of 70% or greater
- Provide product recommendations to improve sales and customer retention
- Drive additional back to base sales that meet sales targets
- Serve as the Project Manager of last resort during times of limited resources
- Plan, Standardize, and Train the PS team on best practices for Facility Force implementations
- Maintain the PMO documentation
- Serve as a leader and mentor to Professional Services colleagues
