Requirements

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to research and exercise sound judgment on HR issues.
• Ability to identify opportunities and propose and implement practical solutions.

• Demonstrated conflict resolution and change management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

• Experienced presenter and facilitator with the ability to engage cross-functional audiences.
