This is a full-time seasonal role as a Pizza Production Crew in a hotel kitchen in Greece, requiring previous experience as a Pizza Cook/Pizzaiolo and the ability to run your own station, prepare dough from scratch, manage mise en place, and ensure hygiene standards are followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pizza Cook / Pizzaiolo is required
- Knowledge of the full dough process, fermentation basics, proper stretching techniques, and oven handling is required
- Ability to work independently and communicate in English is required
