Job Description
This Associate Director role focuses on building strong client partnerships and driving satisfaction, growth, and revenue through digital media. The position involves managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring a fantastic client experience. This is a sales-focused role, collaborating with Business Development Managers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of working in paid digital media
- 7+ years of holistic marketing and media experience
- 5+ years of digital marketing/media experience with a heavy focus on strategy
- 5+ years of direct client management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of marketing metrics and strategies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training (advanced degree preferred)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable work environment
