Retail Shift Leader

Assists the store leadership with day-to-day store operations, provides customer service, and promotes a positive work environment. Requires 12-18 months related experience, high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills.

Requirements

• Supervise staff and provide verbal and written communications regarding work assignments and performance.
• Provide customer service, address complaints, resolve conflicts, and assist customers as needed.
• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately, maintain store's financial assets, and ensure proper maintenance of the store's environment.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals, open and close store during designated hours, and ensure store personnel comply with company guidelines.
• Prepare for and implement daily huddle meetings, maintain a safe and healthy environment, and perform store housekeeping duties as needed.
