Assists the store leadership with day-to-day store operations, promotes a positive work environment, and provides amazing customer service to guests. Demonstrates enthusiasm, courtesy, and interest in each encounter.
Requirements
- Frequently supervises staff, giving verbal and written communications regarding work assignments and performance.
- Provides customer service, addressing complaints, resolving conflicts, and providing help and assistance wherever needed.
- Processes customer transactions quickly and accurately, maintains proper maintenance and management of financial assets, and ensures a clean and safe environment in the stores.
- Meets or exceeds daily production goals for grading, sorting, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated items.
- Opens and closes store during designated hours of operation, verifying all monies, cash drawers, deposit preparation, and close of business paperwork.
- Prepares for and implements daily huddle meetings and mandatory monthly meetings with staff.
- Performs store housekeeping duties as needed, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping shelves, and dusting.
