Recruiter

We're looking for a strong, execution-focused Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions at Gorgias. The successful candidate will manage active searches, partner with hiring managers, and deliver high-quality hires within clear timelines.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience
• Experience in agency or in-house within a fast-paced tech or scale-up environment
• Proven track record of closing roles under time constraints without compromising on quality
• Strong judgment, ability to distinguish between signal and noise in a candidate profile
• Experience using an ATS, ideally Ashby or a similar structured system
