Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Team Lead to guide, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives. As a Business Development Representative, Team Lead, you would be working on prospecting, engagement, execution, and growth. The BDR Team Lead will act as a role model in sales execution, foster a positive and high-performance culture, and serve as a key link between BDRs and senior sales leadership.
Requirements
- Professional experience requiring determination, grit, and resilience
- Positive and energetic phone skills, active listening skills, strong writing, and presentations skills
- Coachable, naturally curious, and intrinsically motivated
- High degree of business acumen and technical aptitude
- 1-year prior SaaS Sales experience & 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Sales methodology training and proficiency in Sales CRM tools a plus
Benefits
- Annual Base Salary Range: $77,000 - $80,000
