Lead Solution Specialist, People Systems

Grab is a leading superapp in Southeast Asia, and this role involves leading the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions for compensation and broader People processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HRIS platform experience
• 5+ years of Workday experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting
• Proven experience as a functional lead across multiple Workday modules
• Experience leading at least 3 Advanced Compensation cycles or launches end to end
