Requirements
- 10+ years of HRIS platform experience
- 5+ years of Workday experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting
- Proven experience as a functional lead across multiple Workday modules
- Experience leading at least 3 Advanced Compensation cycles or launches end to end
