Job Description
Grab is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist, People Systems to serve as the subject matter expert for Grab’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional stakeholders to improve recruiting processes.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in HR systems, People Systems, HRIS, or ATS administration
- Hands-on SmartRecruiters configuration experience
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes or enhancements
- Experience supporting or partnering on ATS-related process improvement
