Direct Support Professional

Grace Community Care of NJ is seeking part-time and full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide person-centered caregiving services to adults with developmental disabilities. The role involves assisting clients with daily living skills, providing counseling, promoting independence, and ensuring safety and support. They emphasize a positive culture that values dedication, reliability, and a passion for helping individuals with disabilities thrive.

Requirements

• Must be person-centered minded
• Staff must be open-minded, attentive, reliable, and positive in attitude
• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to drive to and from home/community outings
• CPR/AED Adult & First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified)
• COVID 19 Vaccination
