Sous Chef

We are seeking a Sous Chef to provide wholesome, nutritious, and attractive food at Snow Canyon Retirement. The Sous Chef will report to the Dining Services Director and be responsible for preparing and serving food, monitoring food temperatures, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
• Minimum two years cooking experience preferably within the healthcare or hospitality field
• Serv-Safe Certification required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Physical requirements include bending, standing, lifting, stooping, sitting, walking, stretching, and ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
